Jeff helps clients across the country in the defense, education, entertainment, sports, intellectual property, small business, and charitable sectors to achieve financial security. He works side-by-side with clients to help ensure the best choices for their futures based on their goals.

Having led corporate-wide IT/ infrastructure, supply chain, merger/acquisition integration, and risk management programs across large teams in defense and financial services industries, Jeff understands the complexity that comes with working in these sectors. He managed a $600 million business unit with the world's largest logistics organization (Dept. of Defense) and has solved strategic challenges with impacts > $1 billion.

Jeff considers himself fortunate beyond measure to be married to his wife, Marisse, and to be a proud parent of his daughter Alyssa and sons Wes and Jake. Jeff also was blessed to have great parents as a model to follow and a sister and brother-in-law that have been a source of constant support and encouragement.

Jeff enjoys international travel and the diversity of each country and culture. He is a barbeque aficionado and loves great music across all genres. He enjoys working out, running, and playing basketball, volleyball, and racquetball — and he claims to golf like he's going to Grandmother’s house (over the river and through the woods).

Brian Jasinkiewicz, MBA, RICP®, CLTC®, CFP® is a Financial Advisor who believes his primary goal is to help create peace of mind for his clients by activating them to take steps today to attain their desired lifestyles now and in the years to come.

Brian graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He then went on to receive his MBA from the University of Richmond. Since, he has attained his CLTC®, RICP®, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional designations.

Brian's analytical ability was one of the keys to his success in both his career at Honeywell and in his fourteen years at Capital One. After his experience as Director of Operations, he realized he enjoyed planning for people and businesses. He especially loves working with people in the corporate world and helping them manage retirement distribution strategies.

Brian loves music and can be considered a professional concert-goer. He enjoys playing soccer, traveling, cooking, helping with his church's planning and strategy, and spending time with his three kids.

Paul joined Northwestern Mutual in 1976 and has spent the last 46 years providing thoughtful solutions and direction to his clients. He has held various titles with Northwestern and has built his practice across the nation in various NM agencies, including California, New Hampshire, Virginia, and Iowa. Paul is consistent in his approach to planning and care for his clients. Paul has been married to his wife, Jan, for 48 years. They are blessed with 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Beth Norton had the privilege of being raised by a Northwestern Mutual financial advisor, giving her a natural love for the company. Beth earned a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences as well as a Masters of Art in Teaching from Liberty University. She has had careers in the medical field, financial industry, and education.

Beth has spent many years teaching middle school science and math. She is a student of people and loves the educational process that happens through Northwestern Mutual. Beth loves spending time with her husband and visiting her family across the country. Her favorite place to be in the house is the kitchen, making great food and memories.

Katie Goolsby has been an asset to our team since 2016. Katie enjoys learning about others and how to help them best meet their goals. Whether it's accurately depicting someone on social media, reaching out to others to learn how the team can best help them get to where they'd like to be, or capturing the mission of a non-profit to assist in maximizing their planned giving. Katie sees marketing as an important tool - essential to helping others achieve financial stability in many realms.

Katie earned her degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. Katie has a wealth of leadership experience, from managing tutoring programs, to mentoring younger students, to leading multiple Bible studies. Katie is actively involved in her church and local community. Katie's greatest blessing is her husband, Michael. They enjoy spending time with people and exploring new places with their dog, Baloo.

Alec graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He was heavily involved with Virginia Tech's Relay for Life, the largest collegiate relay in the world. He was a co-founder and the first President of Omega Alpha Kappa, a local Blacksburg non-profit organization.

Alec is the team's expert in structuring plans and managing investments. His goal is to develop life-long, meaningful relationships with clients and help ensure each person's plan is tailored to meet their goals.
